Manufacturer Confexion receives PSO Certification for sling production

What does the PSO Certification mean?

The PSO, developed by TNO, is the leading Dutch certification for social enterprise. It demonstrates how actively organizations contribute to creating job opportunities for people with a distance to the labor market. Step 3 is the highest attainable level and confirms that Confexion consistently offers significantly more opportunities to vulnerable groups than the national average. The PSO 30+ certificate further proves that at least 30% of the workforce belongs to this target group.

Production with purpose

At Confexion, we manufacture slings and transfer aids for JOYinCARE, offering not only standard production but also customization and repair services. Our team of 20 employees works in a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment with over 30% having (temporary) developmental needs. Each team member is highly motivated, skilled, and proud of their work, which is clearly reflected in the quality and reliability of our products.
